01 · Medical stock and expiry
Odoo gives every batch of medical supplies a lot number and an expiry date when it arrives. When stock is picked, Odoo suggests the batch that expires first, so older stock is used before it goes out of date. Medical devices can be tracked one by one with a serial number.
If a supplier recalls a batch, you search the lot number in Odoo. You see which department or customer received it. Your team also gets an alert before stock reaches its expiry date, and reorder rules suggest a purchase when an item runs low.

02 · Equipment and service
Yes. Each machine gets its own record in Odoo with its serial number and full service history. Planned checks are scheduled ahead of time, and a breakdown is logged as a maintenance request.
For equipment suppliers, a customer call becomes a ticket in Odoo Helpdesk, and the ticket becomes a field service visit. The engineer records the time and spare parts used on site. 03 · Purchasing
Odoo sends a request for quotation to several suppliers and lets you compare their prices side by side. Once you choose, the quote becomes a purchase order. Orders above a set amount wait for a manager to approve them.
When the goods arrive, the store checks them against the order. Accounts then matches the supplier bill to what was received, so you only pay for what came in. Numed tracks its quotation requests and purchase orders in one Odoo set up by AzkaTech.

04 · Finance and HR
Yes. Odoo keeps separate accounts for each company or branch and still gives head office one view. It works in several currencies. Costs can be tagged by department or by donor project, so reports come out of the same data.
Odoo Payroll follows the salary rules of each country you work in. For Levant Medical Group, AzkaTech set up payroll around legal salary rules, and payslips connect to the attendance machine.
