For toy and family entertainment companies that have outgrown spreadsheets and separate systems. Odoo connects your stores and online shop with your warehouse and accounts.
AzkaTech has set up Odoo for Toy Market Group, the company behind Toys4Less and Joué Club, and stays with your team after go-live.
Official Odoo Gold Partner. Implementing Odoo since 2015.

Who it’s for
Chains that sell branded toys across many branches.
Shops that sell baby care products and family essentials.
Companies that represent international toy brands and supply other shops.
Groups that run retail and distribution as separate companies.
The problem
The tills and the online shop run on separate systems, so the numbers never match.
Stores run out in the busy season while the warehouse still has stock.
Each branch sets up its promotions and loyalty points by hand.
Each company keeps its own books, and group numbers are put together by hand.
01 · Stores and promotions
Yes. Every branch sells on Odoo Point of Sale, and all of them work with the same stock. Promotions and loyalty points are set up once and then work in every store.
Before a busy season, you can see what each branch sold last year and move stock between stores ahead of the rush. For Toy Market Group, promotions and loyalty programs are managed centrally across all branches.
Who it’s for
Store managers and cashiers.
Outcome
Every branch runs the same offers and sees live stock.

02 · Stock and warehouses
Each warehouse and each branch has its own stock in Odoo, and every movement between them is recorded. Staff scan barcodes when goods arrive and when they are picked, so counts stay accurate.
Each store can have a minimum level for every product. When stock drops below it, Odoo suggests a transfer or a new purchase. When a shipment arrives, freight and customs can be added to the product cost, so you see the real margin on each brand.
Who it’s for
Warehouse and purchasing teams.
Outcome
The warehouse and the stores work with the same numbers.
03 · Online shop
Yes. AzkaTech connects your online shop to Odoo, so orders and stock stay in sync. For Toy Market Group, we connected Shopify to Odoo across several warehouses and sales channels.
An online order reaches the warehouse right away, and the stock it uses is no longer shown as available in the stores. Read more about Odoo integration.
Who it’s for
Online store and warehouse teams.
Outcome
Online and store sales share one stock.

04 · Group accounts
Each company in the group keeps its own accounts in Odoo, and head office still sees one set of group reports. When one company sells to another, Odoo records both sides of the deal.
Costs can be tagged by branch, so you see what each store earns. Wholesale customers get their own price lists, and their orders use the same stock as your stores.
Who it’s for
Finance managers and owners.
Outcome
One view of the whole group.
How it works
Purchase history and loyalty points are kept on each customer. You can send offers by email or WhatsApp to the right group of customers.
Shops that buy your brands get their own prices and credit terms. Their orders are prepared in the same warehouse.
Staff records and attendance sit in Odoo. Odoo Payroll follows local salary rules.
If you run events or activities, Odoo Events sells the tickets online and tracks who attended.
Owners see sales and margin by brand and by branch, without waiting for a monthly report.
Implementation
AzkaTech uses AI in every phase of the Odoo project, and it stays in use after go-live.
AI capability · Discovery
We sit with the people who run your stores, warehouse, online shop and accounts and ask how they work today. AI turns those notes into a clear list of what Odoo needs to cover.
AI capability · Mapping
Your processes are mapped onto Odoo in a fit-gap analysis. AI matches your product and barcode lists to Odoo and flags what is missing.
AI capability · Configuration
We build the solution with standard Odoo first. AI drafts the setup notes and a short guide for each store role.
AI capability · Testing
AI prepares test cases built on your real sales and promotions. Your team runs them in a pilot and signs off before launch.
AI capability · Governance
AI follows open issues and training progress for each branch, so risks show up before launch day.
AI capability · Post Go-Live
After launch, AzkaTech support stays with your team. You also get a knowledge base written around your own setup.
