Odoo ERP for Fashion

For fashion brands and ateliers that have outgrown spreadsheets and separate systems. Odoo keeps every style with its sizes and colors on one stock, for your stores and your suppliers.

AzkaTech has set up Odoo for fashion companies like Gemy Maalouf and R-Mixed, and stays with your team after go-live.

Official Odoo Gold Partner. Implementing Odoo since 2015.

Who it’s for

Who We Set Up Odoo For

Fashion Brands

Brands that design their own collections and sell them in stores and online.

Designers and Ateliers

Studios that make couture and made-to-measure pieces for each client.

Multi-Brand Retailers

Groups that run many stores under several labels.

Wholesale and Export

Houses that sell each season to retailers in other countries.

The problem

What Problems Does an ERP for Fashion Solve?

01

One Style, Too Many Codes

Every size and color needs its own line, and the spreadsheet stops keeping up.

02

Bestsellers Run Out First

The sizes that sell are gone early, while the rest stay on the rail.

03

Custom Orders on Paper

Measurements and fitting notes sit in a notebook, and details go missing.

04

Suppliers Chased by Email

Orders and label files travel in long email threads, and nobody has the latest version.

01 · Sizes and colors

Which Sizes and Colors Are Really Selling?

A single dress can exist in many sizes and colors. In a spreadsheet each one becomes a separate line, and nobody can say how the style is doing as a whole. By the end of the season, the popular sizes are long gone and the rest need a markdown.

In Odoo, a style is one product, and each size and color is a variant with its own barcode and stock. You see sales for the whole style or for one size. Products are grouped by collection, so what is left at the end of a season is clear in every store.

When AzkaTech moves a brand onto Odoo, each style comes over with every size and color and its barcodes.

Who it’s for

Buyers and merchandisers.

Outcome

You reorder the sizes that sell and mark down the rest in time.

02 · Made to measure

What Happens to a Custom Order After the Fitting?

In an atelier, every piece is made for one client. Measurements and fabric are agreed at the fitting, a deposit is paid, and the piece moves into the workshop. When those details live on paper, a change agreed with the client can miss the people sewing it.

In Odoo, the client order carries the measurements and the fabric chosen, and it follows the piece into production. The deposit is recorded on the order. The workshop sees what to make and by which date, and the fabric used comes out of stock.

Gemy Maalouf is a fashion atelier whose pieces sell in more than 40 countries. With AzkaTech, its client records and its stock and purchasing run in one Odoo.

Who it’s for

Designers and workshop teams.

Outcome

Each piece is made as the client ordered it, by the date you promised.

03 · Suppliers and labels

Why Do Supplier Orders Get Lost in Email?

A fashion group works with many suppliers each season. Purchase orders and label artwork go back and forth by email. When a file changes, somebody works on the old version, and goods arrive with the wrong label.

With a supplier portal in Odoo, each supplier logs in and sees its own orders and tasks. Files are attached to the order they belong to, and messages stay on that order. Your team sees which orders are confirmed and which are still waiting.

R-Mixed is a fashion group with more than 240 stores. AzkaTech built it a supplier portal on Odoo, connected to the ERP it already used, where label managers and suppliers work on the same purchase orders.

Who it’s for

Buying and production teams.

Outcome

Suppliers work on the right order and the latest file.

Can One System Handle Retailers in Many Countries?

Many fashion houses sell each collection to boutiques and department stores abroad. Each retailer has its own prices and currency, and the company often has an office in a second country. The accounts then have to follow two sets of rules.

Odoo holds a price list and a currency for each retailer, and separate accounts for each company in the group. Each season’s orders are delivered and invoiced in the customer’s currency. Management still sees the group in one set of reports.

For Gemy Maalouf, AzkaTech set up accounting and payroll for both Lebanon and the UAE in the same Odoo.

Who it’s for

Sales and finance teams.

Outcome

One set of numbers for every market you sell in.

How it works

Where Does a Collection Go After the Design Is Final?

  1. DesignStyles are set up with their sizes and colors.
  2. OrderFabric and finished pieces are ordered from suppliers.
  3. ReceiveStock comes in by size and color.
  4. SellPieces sell in your stores and to retailers.
  5. ReviewSales show what to reorder and what to mark down.

Beyond the collection

More of the Business in One System

Stores and Point of Sale

Boutiques sell on Odoo Point of Sale, and staff can see which branch has a size.

Online Store

Your website can sell out of the same stock as your boutiques, so a piece is never sold twice.

Clients and Marketing

Each client’s purchases are kept on one record. Gemy Maalouf runs its client follow-up and its social media activity in Odoo.

Workshop Costs

For pieces you make yourself, Odoo lists the fabric and trims used, so you know the cost before you set the price.

Team and Payroll

Appraisals and payroll for your team sit in the same system.

Implementation

How Does AzkaTech Implement Odoo?

AzkaTech uses AI in every phase of the Odoo project, and it stays in use after go-live.

01

AI capability · Discovery

AI-Powered Requirements Analysis

We follow one collection through your company with the people who handle it at each stage. AI turns those notes into a clear list of what Odoo needs to cover.

02

AI capability · Mapping

Automated Process & Data Mapping

Your processes are mapped onto Odoo in a fit-gap analysis. AI matches your styles and their sizes to Odoo and flags duplicates.

03

AI capability · Configuration

AI-Generated Configuration & Documentation

We build the solution with standard Odoo first. AI drafts the setup notes, with one short guide for store staff and one for the workshop.

04

AI capability · Testing

Intelligent Test Case Generation

AI prepares test cases built on a real collection, with its orders and returns. Your team runs them in a pilot and signs off before launch.

05

AI capability · Governance

Predictive Go-Live Risk Monitoring

AI follows open issues and training progress for each store and team, so risks show up before launch day.

06

AI capability · Post Go-Live

AI-Driven User Support & Knowledge Base

After launch, AzkaTech support stays with your team. You also get a knowledge base written around your own setup.
