For agencies and studios that run their projects on spreadsheets and separate tools. Odoo ties every hour and every cost to the client project it belongs to, so you know which work pays.
AzkaTech has set up Odoo for agencies like Feer McQueen and Bold, and stays with your team after go-live.
Official Odoo Gold Partner. Implementing Odoo since 2015.

Who it’s for
Teams that sell design work by project or on a monthly retainer.
Agencies that plan campaigns and buy media for their clients.
Agencies that manage content and campaigns month after month.
Companies that shoot films and commercials and rent out equipment.
The problem
A project is delivered, and nobody knows if it made or lost money.
Time is filled in at the end of the month, mostly by memory.
Monthly invoices are raised by hand, and extra work is left out.
New requests sit in personal email, and the pipeline is a guess.
01 · Project profitability
An agency sells time. A branding project is quoted at a fixed fee, and then the team spends more hours than planned and a freelancer is brought in. When time and costs live in different tools, the margin of the project is only known after the invoice is paid, if ever.
In Odoo, each project has its budget, and hours and supplier costs are recorded against it. Designers log time on their tasks. The project screen shows revenue next to cost while the work is still going on.
Feer McQueen is a creative and technology agency founded in 2011. With AzkaTech, its projects now carry their time and costs next to their revenue.
Who it’s for
Account directors and project managers.
Outcome
You see which clients and which kinds of work are worth keeping.

02 · Retainers and billing
Many agencies bill a monthly retainer, plus extra work and costs paid on the client’s behalf. The invoice is put together by hand at the end of each month. It goes out late, and a cost that the agency paid for the client is forgotten.
Odoo raises each retainer invoice on its date, without anyone having to remember it. Extra hours and costs paid for the client are recorded on the project and added to the next invoice. Expenses claimed by the team are linked to the project they were spent on.
For Bold, an advertising agency in Saudi Arabia, AzkaTech linked expenses directly to projects, so each budget shows what was really spent.
Who it’s for
Finance and account teams.
Outcome
Invoices go out on time and include everything you paid for.
03 · Shoots and equipment
A production house works with cameras and lights that move between shoots, and some of it is rented out to other crews. When the schedule is a shared sheet, the same camera is promised twice, and a rental goes out without an invoice.
Odoo keeps each piece of equipment with its serial number, and shows when it is booked. A rental order reserves the item for its dates and invoices it on return. Crew days are planned on the same calendar as the shoot.
AzkaTech sets up your equipment list with its daily rates, so a rental is priced the same way every time.
Who it’s for
Producers and equipment managers.
Outcome
No double bookings, and every rental is invoiced.

04 · Pipeline and pitches
New business arrives through referrals and messages. Each partner keeps their own contacts, and proposals go out of personal inboxes. Nobody can say what is likely to close next month, so hiring and freelance bookings are guesses.
In Odoo CRM, every lead and every proposal sits in one pipeline with its value and its next step. A won proposal becomes the project, with the same budget. Files and emails stay attached to the client record.
Bold uses Odoo with AzkaTech for its leads and sales, with documents linked to each opportunity.
Who it’s for
Partners and new business teams.
Outcome
You can plan the team around work that is really coming.
How it works
Each company keeps its own accounts, and the group gets combined reports. AddBloom runs its local and offshore companies this way.
Attendance and payroll sit in the same system. For Bold, they follow Saudi rules.
Each freelancer or supplier bill is linked to the project it was for.
Odoo runs in the browser, so the team can work away from the office. Feer McQueen moved to remote work on it.
Odoo can connect to a project tool you want to keep. For Bold, AzkaTech connected it to Monday.com. Read about Odoo integration.
Implementation
AzkaTech uses AI in every phase of the Odoo project, and it stays in use after go-live.
AI capability · Discovery
We follow one client project through your agency with the people who worked on it. AI turns those notes into a clear list of what Odoo needs to cover.
AI capability · Mapping
Your processes are mapped onto Odoo in a fit-gap analysis. AI matches your client and project lists to Odoo and flags what is missing.
AI capability · Configuration
We build the solution with standard Odoo first. AI drafts the setup notes and a short guide for the creative team.
AI capability · Testing
AI prepares test cases built on real projects and retainers. Your team runs them in a pilot and signs off before launch.
AI capability · Governance
AI follows open issues and training progress for each team, so risks show up before launch day.
AI capability · Post Go-Live
After launch, AzkaTech support stays with your team. You also get a knowledge base written around your own setup.

FAQ
Solution
It is one system where each client project carries its time and costs, and where invoices follow the work. The pipeline and the accounts sit in the same place. Odoo is the ERP that AzkaTech sets up.
Yes. People log time on their tasks, by timer or by hand, and the hours show on the project next to its budget.
Yes. A retainer is invoiced on its date each month, and a project can be billed by stage or by hours.
Yes. For Bold, AzkaTech connected Odoo to Monday.com, so the creative team kept its tool.
Odoo records what you buy for a client and bills it back, with a markup if you want one. It does not plan or book media by itself.
Implementation
It depends on how many teams and companies you have. AzkaTech gives you a timeline after the discovery meetings.
Both work. Feer McQueen first thought of a pilot and then chose a full rollout, so every team started on the same data.
Yes. For AddBloom, AzkaTech moved all past accounting data into Odoo, for its local and its offshore companies.
Odoo is priced per user per month, and the implementation is quoted after discovery. Running several companies needs the Custom plan. See our Odoo pricing guide.
