Who it’s for

Who We Set Up Odoo For

Cloud and IT Service Providers

Companies that run cloud and IT systems for other businesses.

Software Companies

Teams that build software products and sell them by subscription.

Telecom and Internet Providers

Operators that sell internet and voice plans to homes and businesses.

System Integrators

Companies that design a solution and supply the hardware for it.

The problem

What Problems Does an ERP for IT Services Solve?

01

Contracts in Spreadsheets

Renewal dates and recurring invoices are tracked by hand, so some get missed.

02

Hours That Never Get Billed

Time is logged in one tool and invoiced in another, and billable hours get lost on the way.

03

Requests Stuck in Inboxes

Customer requests arrive by email, and nobody sees which ones are late.

04

Margin Known Too Late

You find out a project lost money only after it has closed.

01 · Contracts and recurring billing

How Does Odoo Handle Service Contracts and Recurring Billing?

Odoo Subscriptions turns a signed contract into recurring invoices that go out on the right date. Each contract shows its price and its next invoice date in one place. If a customer upgrades in the middle of a period, Odoo works out the difference.

Before a contract ends, the account manager gets a reminder to renew it. C Beyond, a Lebanese internet provider, manages its customer subscriptions in the Odoo that AzkaTech set up.

Who it’s for

Sales and finance teams.

Outcome

Every contract is invoiced on time, and renewals are not missed.

02 · Support tickets

Can Odoo Manage Support Tickets and Response Times?

Yes. Odoo Helpdesk turns each customer email into a ticket and sends it to the right team. Each team can have its own response-time target, and tickets that are close to the deadline are flagged.

Time spent on a ticket can be added to the customer’s invoice. For Telecel, AzkaTech set up one ticket desk for billing disputes and customer requests, with emails turned into tickets automatically.

Who it’s for

Support managers and engineers.

Outcome

No request gets lost, and late ones are easy to see.

03 · Projects and billable hours

How Does Odoo Track Projects and Billable Hours?

Each project in Odoo has its own budget, and the team logs hours against its tasks. Those hours can be invoiced as time and materials, or the project can be billed at fixed milestones.

The project page shows costs next to revenue while the work is still running. You see a project going over budget early, when you can still act on it.

Who it’s for

Project managers and team leads.

Outcome

You know the margin on each project before it closes.

04 · Group finance

Can Odoo Run Finance Across Several Companies and Countries?

Yes. Each company keeps its own accounts and currency in Odoo, and the group still gets combined reports. Purchases above a set amount wait for approval, and spending is checked against the budget.

For Telecel, AzkaTech set up combined reporting across the holding company and its subsidiaries. New countries were added later while the existing ones kept working.

Who it’s for

CFOs and finance managers.

Outcome

One view of the numbers for every company in the group.

How it works

How Does a Service Contract Move Through Odoo?

  1. QuoteSales sends a quote, and the customer signs it online.
  2. ContractThe signed quote becomes a subscription or a project.
  3. DeliverThe team logs tickets and hours against it.
  4. InvoiceOdoo bills the recurring fee and any extra hours.
  5. RenewA reminder goes out before the contract ends.

Beyond contracts and tickets

More of the Business in One System

Sales and CRM

Leads and quotes sit in Odoo CRM. A sales order can wait for a manager to approve it before it goes to the customer.

Hardware and Stock

Routers and other devices are tracked by serial number. Hardware bought for a project is charged to that project.

Site Visits

Odoo Field Service plans on-site work. The engineer records the time and parts used during the visit.

Customer Portal

Customers log in to see their tickets and invoices, so they call your team less often.

HR and Payroll

Staff records and time off sit in Odoo. Odoo Payroll follows local salary rules.

Implementation

How Does AzkaTech Implement Odoo?

AzkaTech uses AI in every phase of the Odoo project, and it stays in use after go-live.

01

AI capability · Discovery

AI-Powered Requirements Analysis

We talk with the people who run your sales, delivery, support and finance and ask how they work today. AI turns those notes into a clear list of what Odoo needs to cover.

02

AI capability · Mapping

Automated Process & Data Mapping

Your processes are mapped onto Odoo in a fit-gap analysis. AI matches your customer and contract lists to Odoo and flags what is missing.

03

AI capability · Configuration

AI-Generated Configuration & Documentation

We build the solution with standard Odoo first. AI drafts the setup notes and a short guide for each team.

04

AI capability · Testing

Intelligent Test Case Generation

AI prepares test cases built on your real contracts and tickets. Your team runs them and signs off before launch.

05

AI capability · Governance

Predictive Go-Live Risk Monitoring

AI follows open issues and training progress for each company, so risks show up before launch day.

06

AI capability · Post Go-Live

AI-Driven User Support & Knowledge Base

After launch, AzkaTech support stays with your team. You also get a knowledge base written around your own setup.

How Did Telecel Use Odoo?

Telecel

Solution
AzkaTech set up Odoo for accounting, purchasing, sales and support tickets. Purchases now follow approval steps, and billing disputes come in as tickets.
Result
The group has combined reports across its companies. New countries were added while the existing ones kept working.
