Internship Program Overview

We are offering internship opportunities for motivated individuals looking to kick-start their careers in:

As an intern, you’ll work closely with our experienced teams on real projects, receive mentorship, and gain hands-on experience with Odoo ERP and digital transformation best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Intern

• Assist in content creation for social media, blogs, and email campaigns
• Research and analyze competitors, SEO trends, and target markets
• Support campaign execution and track performance metrics
• Help prepare sales enablement and event marketing materials

HR Intern

• Assist in the recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling)
• Support employee onboarding and training activities
• Help maintain HR records and organize internal engagement initiatives
• Contribute to employer branding content and HR communications

ERP Implementer Intern (Functional)

• Learn Odoo ERP functionalities and assist in client requirement analysis
• Support in documenting business workflows and mapping to Odoo features
• Help in configuring Odoo modules based on project needs
• Participate in testing and training activities with clients

ERP Developer Intern (Technical)

• Assist in developing or customizing Odoo modules using Python and XML
• Support integration with third-party APIs (REST, payment gateways, etc.)
• Contribute to debugging and resolving technical issues
• Learn Odoo architecture and coding best practices from senior developers

Project Management Intern

• Assist Project Managers in planning, tracking, and reporting project progress
• Help document meeting minutes, project timelines, and status updates
• Coordinate between technical and functional teams
• Learn how to use project management tools and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)

Qualifications
