ERP Implementer/Consultant - Odoo

We seek a motivated business analyst and ERP implementer/Consultant with good knowledge in finance, payroll and manufacturing.

Experience Level: Junior/Mid-Level (1-6 Years Preferred)
Industry: Business Software / ERP Development (Odoo)

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirement gathering and defining the scope of the project
  • Analysis and solution design (blue print)
  • Documentation of existing workflows & processes, suggest enhancements
  • Configuration of ERP to implement the designed solution
  • Gap identification, estimate and negotiate alternative solutions.
  • Communication with the dev team for ERP customization
  • End user training on installed solution and support.

Qualifications

  • BA degree in business and experience in a related field to finance
  • Experience in ERP implementation inhouse or for other businesses
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Self-learner and willing to learn via reading books, online courses, seminars/webinars and training
  • Experience in Odoo ERP is a Plus
