IT/ERP Project Manager
Azkatech is looking for a project manager who is responsible of planning ERP projects, coordination and completion of projects within time, budget and scope.

Role Overview
We are an established Odoo ERP implementation partner delivering business-critical ERP projects across multiple industries.
We are hiring a Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery governance of Odoo ERP projects.
This is not a coordination role.
This role owns scope, timeline, budget, and client outcomes.
You will work with Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Developers, and Clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope, while enforcing our delivery framework and standards.
What You Will Own
Project Governance & Planning

Define project objectives, scope, assumptions, and constraints

Establish clear roles and responsibilities across internal teams and clients

Build and maintain:

Project plans (milestones, phases, dependencies)
-
Resource allocation plans
-
Budget baselines and delivery forecasts
-
Delivery Execution & Control
-
Drive project execution according to plan and methodology
-
Monitor progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
-
Manage scope changes with clear impact assessment (time, cost, risk)

Prevent uncontrolled scope creep and delivery drift
Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary delivery contact for clients

Ensure clear, structured, and proactive communication

Manage expectations, escalations, and decision-making
-
Deliver projects with a high level of client satisfaction
Team Coordination

Coordinate the work of:

Business Analysts

Functional Consultants / Implementers

Developers and Technical Leads

Ensure tasks are well-defined before execution

Resolve priority conflicts and resource constraints
Risk, Quality & Outcomes

Identify and mitigate delivery, functional, technical, and client risks

Ensure deliverables meet agreed acceptance criteria

Oversee go-live readiness, cutover, and handover to support teams
Process & Continuous Improvement

Maintain complete and accurate project documentation

Contribute to improving delivery processes, templates, and methodologies

Feed lessons learned into future projects
Required Qualifications
-
3+ years of project management experience in ERP, software, or product development
-
Proven experience managing ERP projects (Odoo experience is a strong advantage)

Hands-on experience managing:

Project scope and change

Budgets and delivery margins

Client-facing delivery

Strong understanding of:

ERP / software lifecycle
-
Hybrid Agile / Waterfall delivery models

Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (functional + technical)

Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Engineering, or related field
Nice to Have

Experience managing Odoo ERP implementations

PMP or equivalent project management certification

Experience with project management tools (Odoo, Jira, MS Project, ClickUp, etc.)
