Job description

Azkatech is looking for n “project manager” who is responsible of planning ERP projects, coordination and completion of projects within time, budget and scope. Oversee all aspects of projects, set deadline, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of projects and report to stake holders.

Main responsibilities of Project Manager

  • Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
  • Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation.
  • Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget
  • Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
  • Managing delivery of the project according to plans
  • Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks
  • Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
  • Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders
  • Coordinate the work between implementers, developers and clients in order to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcome.
  • Act as liaison between the project’s teams and the management.
  • Close follow up on projects in order to deliver on time and in budget.
  • Enhance existing processes and work with management and team on defining new processes and methodologies as needed by the business.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation


  • Proven working experience in project management for 2 to 4 years in ERP, Product or Software development along with using hybrid models of Waterfall and Agile.
  • Good understanding of project methodologies and the ERP/software lifecycle
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business field or management information system.
  • Experience with project management software tools
  • Technical skills and a solid understanding of software development
  • Business & commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills
  • A good communicator with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills
  • Be a good team player and an effective leader who is able to motivate their project team
