Odoo Purchase Order Revision
1-Keep track of all purchase orders and RFQ modification.
2-On each modification, create a new revision and keep track on how the purchase order changed.
3- Ability to track all changes performed on Request for quotation.
4-Creates revision in any purchase order stage (from RFQ, Sent till Purchase)
Checkout below step-by-step guide:
Process:
- In Purchase app, create a request for quotation for example P00007.
- If a customer wants to add more products or change in product price or discount, he/she can make a revision for the purchase order (like history table) and then update the PO. To revise the quotation, user needs to click on the Revision Button.
- Request for Quotation gets revised and it will be indicated by adding iteration number next to the generated sequence, the quotation will be moved to RFQ, user can make changes and save.V.

- When clicking on any revisioned record, the user will be able to check the old version of the purchase order in the cancelled state.
